Gareth Bale, after a heated encounter on the field between Real Madrid and Sociedad, scores his second goal in today’s match! Bale’s second goal comes in the extra time, leaving the home team absolutely devastated!

After the first tow goals by Real Madrid, and almost no sign of a possible goal by the home team, it is almost evident that Real Madrid’s opening La Liga match is going to the away team. the pressure, of course, is on the home team, because of this. with just 5 min left till the end of the 2nd half, Sociedad gets a half chance to score a goal. Oyarzabal’s effort gets blocked by Marcelo, and another of their chances gets wasted.

Things get heated when a penalty shout for Sociedad turns into a free kick to Casemiro. The two teams get at each other’s throats, literally, and Ramos and Yuri get booked for the same. Thankfully, things get under control pretty quickly, because of the referee’s immediate actions.

4 min get added to the game, and the two teams continue to play. Sociedad, however, continue with the lack of a threat to Real Madrid, and the guests take full advantage. In the 4th extra min of the clash, James takes a dig at scoring yet another goal, but Rulli manages to save it. But, James releases Bale, who beautifully rounds Rulli, and goes on to finish it inside the Sociedad net! Evidently, a lack of concentration on the host’s part has managed to earn Real their last goal of the match, in the very last minute of it! Thus, Real Madrid’s very first encounter of La Liga 2016-17 ends in a beautiful win!
