Sergio Ramos helps Real Madrid to take the lead in the Real Madrid vs Reims match. He scored an amazing goal during the 39th min of the match. Ever since their uqualizer scored by Nacho in the 11th min, the confidence of the hosts seemed to have risen, as they continued to play with great fervour.
Several chances came in the way or Real Madrid, but unfortunately, those chances and half chances failed to translate to goals and make any changes in the scoreboard. However, with a little more than 5 mins till the end of the first half, Sergio Ramos managed to take his team ahead of the guests.
It happened right after the Reims stopper seemed to be having a stormer. Madrid piled on the pressure till the ball got cleared to Marcelo, who had his follow-up delivery kept out by Carrasso. But, it did not take too long until we had another goal. This time, too, it arrived through another Madrid corner! Kroos turned the ball towards the front-post, and Ramos was left to climb highest. He took the opportunity to send a thumping header beyond a stranded Carrasso. Thus, the hosts took the lead.
Earlier, Real Madrid had shown immense confidence at the start of the match, but, the guests had scored the first goal of the match, leaving the Real Madrid fans heart-broken, at an early stage of the match. However, Nacho helped to even the score, and that restored faith in the hearts of the audience. Ramos’ fantastic delivery has taken Real one goal ahead. But, it is only a matter of time before the fate of the game changes.
