Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo is still uncertain about his future club. The Portuguese forward has already planned what he is going to do after his retirement from soccer however where his career will be ended is yet to be decided. Manchester United, Paris Saint Germain and MLS, all the options are open for the striker however he is carrying on at Real Madrid. Despite so much speculations regarding his future at Real Madrid Cristiano Ronaldo has not ruled out to retire as a Los Blancos player. Though he refused joining MLS earlier this season wanting to end his career on a top position.
“In my mind I want to finish in the top level, I want to finish with dignity so in a good club. It doesn’t mean that to go USA or Qatar or Dubai is not good but I don’t see myself [going there].” Said the Portuguese as he was asked about his future goals in the game. However his recent statement is of much hope for his US fans. The striker was rumored to be invited by David Beckham to join his side in MLS once his career in the Spanish run gets closed.
“Maybe in the future will be a good chance for me to play there [in America],” he told GQ.
“You never know, but it’s something interesting. I consider it, of course, because as I’ve said, soccer there has become better and better… I think that this is maybe going to be possible.”
The question whether the striker will be able to join MLS anytime soon also relies on whether Real Madrid gets transfer-banned by FIFA for the next year. More recently Cristiano Ronaldo has been rumored to leave Real Madrid at the end of this season at any cost but now with the impending transfer ban things would be different. The Real Madrid goal scoring machine however is focused on to regain his lost reputation in the Spanish League.
